OK a couple of crappy videos, so you can hear the difference between the "Say What" SAD replacement board running in the original Say it Again board and an aftermarket say it again board that I had in my Centaur.

OK - after a little backwards and forwards-ing with Humpalot we have juggled one critical value and also decided to add an output level adjustment pot on the daughter board. A little tweaking of the artwork and it is ready to send to the board house for a run of boards.

We should have some available in a few weeks. Here is a shot of the final artwork - actual size is about 50mm square and the PC board is half thickness type at 0.8mm thick.

Thanks very much to Mick for his help in getting this project to completion.

      Hello Homepin and humpalot,
I have a centaur and would like to purchase one of the new echo boards when they are made.
Apologies to Homepin as I stated in my intro post I thought humpalot started the thread.
Looks like both of you are involved so thanks in advance.

First batch of finished boards arrived today - I am a bit snowed under so it will be a few days before I get the chance to assemble a few for testing - get ready to receive Mick

I have assembled two boards initially - now I just have to figure out how to make a test jig for these that won't take me a week to build??

      Any progress on this board?
I'd like to replace the board in my game.

      Hi,

This project has been put on hold as I have no way of testing the assembled product, sorry.

I have no plans to start on it again until I am able to access a machine I can test the finished boards on.

Do you need the machine in front of you? Or can I do the tests for you in my machine? Always willing to help.
